About you
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform design decisions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform and validate design decisions, leveraging user research findings, analytics, and A/B testing results.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows.
- Broad design capabilities of mobile consumer app (strong gamification), and b2b web analytics product.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Work by an agile/scrum methodology.
- Data driven.
Skills and experience
- Min. 5 years of experience with UX design.
- Understand UX best practices.
- Able to execute UX research.
- Understand the human psychology behind app usage and retention.
- Proficient with prototyping apps such as Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
- Excellent analytical skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience with conducting user research to understand users and identify possible problems and solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and high-paced environment together with a team of engineers, product owners, and other designers to create top-performing interfaces.
- Excellent communication skills.
