Beatgrid is looking for an extraordinary Research Manager to supervise media research projects to drive advertising insights and help ensure success for our clients and all internal and external stakeholders involved.

The role will entail supporting research initiatives on advertising effectiveness and driving clients’ insights execution and delivery. The Research Manager will be tasked with designing, managing, and analysing internal and external cross-media advertising projects.

This role also includes direct face-to-face interactions with clients and requires exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to independently write, analyse, and present research and advertising insights findings.

About you


  • Support survey fieldwork and passive measurement operations.
  • Research Report Design and Delivery:
    • Designing, managing, analysing, and delivering research reports, including visualization of research findings, summary and recommendations to clients.
    • Ensure high-quality cross-tab summary reports with charts, including quality assurance on data before creating reports.
  • Performance benchmarking: create performance benchmarks based on industry standards and client-specific requirements to measure and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Driving instinctive insights: streamlining data analysis into advertising insights to power clients’ advertising plans and campaigns.
  • Support Sales in all efforts to increase acquisition and retention among our (key) clients. This includes participating in client meetings, assisting in positioning projects and presenting final deliverables (reports and data insights) to clients.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison and Product Support:
    • Serve as a liaison between Data, Product, Sales, and Operations teams on all projects, communicating project objectives, study design, and overseeing project fieldwork and deliverables.
    • Support in refinement, testing, and execution of the company’s product strategy to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in market research, insights consultancy, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Advanced analysis & report writing skills focused on delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight deadlines while maintaining a strong client service orientation.
  • Experience working with survey tools.
  • Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SPSS a plus.
