We are seeking an Audio Innovation Specialist to join our R&D team, focusing on developing a novel solution for post-processing audio content. This role is at the intersection of creativity and technology, aiming to modify audio signals in ways that are imperceptible to humans but can be uniquely identified by our ACR software. This position offers the opportunity to delve into research and development, contributing to a project that blends audio engineering with potential AI/Machine Learning methodologies.

About you

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative audio processing techniques to uniquely alter audio signals while maintaining their perceptual quality.
  • Engage in both theoretical research and practical application development, exploring the frontiers of audio signal processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the inventors of our ACR technology to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our core systems.
  • Employ a rigorous testing and refinement process to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the audio alterations.
  • Document and share research findings and development milestones with the R&D team and company stakeholders.

Skills and experience

  • Experience and/or a strong interest in audio engineering, with a willingness to explore new technologies and methodologies in audio processing.
  • Ability to work on both research and development aspects of audio innovation, with a creative and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with programming and technology tools necessary for audio signal processing and potential AI/ML integration, with the specific stack to be determined by project needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other innovators and technologists.
  • No specific educational background is required; passion and practical experience in audio technology and innovation are paramount.

Development of a working solution that meets the criteria for inaudible yet recognizable audio signal alterations, as verified by our proprietary testing tools.
