Beatgrid The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands (On-site)
The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas related to the human resources field, particularly recruitment and employee support. They should be comfortable recruiting, from sourcing and engaging candidates to onboarding new employees and assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
About you
Responsibilities
- Manage company-wide recruitment from candidate sourcing to employee onboarding
- Support interview scheduling, assistance, and personal attendance at interviews
- Oversee the company’s recruitment process and policies to ensure the effectiveness of selection techniques and improvement of the recruitment procedures
- Oversee new employee onboarding and manage career-development programs
- Manage employee development and training to ensure employee satisfaction
- Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory
- Assist management in HR advisory and conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of the company
- Analyze employee trends to increase employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
- University degree
- 5 years of experience in Recruitment
- 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Understanding and experience with technical recruitment
- Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment is a plus
