Are you someone who loves managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and engaging candidates to onboarding new employees? This might be the role for you. You’ll collaborate closely with the company founders, as well as top and mid-level management, contributing to decisions that impact the entire organization. Additionally, you’ll get the opportunity to assist on HR-related projects that aim to foster employee satisfaction, increase employee engagement and retention.

The primary objective of the Talent Acquisition Partner role is to manage end-to-end recruitment and represent the business globally. One key focus of the role is to maintain a high-standard of recruitment practices, both in candidate management and internal stakeholder management. Additionally, you will be responsible for market mapping, gathering and analyzing relevant talent data and insights (both primary and secondary), talent sourcing and pipeline development, candidate screening, interviewing and supporting internal stakeholders in the interview and offer stages. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the successful placements of new employees globally.

About you

Responsibilities​

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive talent map of suitable candidates, utilizing location data to shape a targeted engagement strategy.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for business-critical, senior, and niche roles to ensure present and future hiring needs are met.
  • Conduct tailored talent screening and interviews, ensuring a personalized approach to candidate engagement.
  • Analyze talent hotspots to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic investments and drive business growth across multiple regions.
  • Assess competitor strategies to enhance the company’s talent attraction and management efforts.
  • Streamline the recruitment process by fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and leveraging systems such as ATS/CRM, email, and video conferencing tools.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, offering guidance on talent acquisition strategy and aligning hiring goals with short-, medium-, and long-term business objectives.
  • Continuously seek out tools and methods to enhance recruitment efficiency, increase candidate engagement, and improve the candidate experience from initial contact to placement.
  • Actively support employer branding and HR marketing efforts by promoting the company to candidates, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategy.
  • Establish and strengthen the internal credibility of the recruitment function.
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the business through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with all-round volume. recruitment (technical and non-technical, generalist experience essential).
  • Additional experience in internal HR and related fields is beneficial.
  • Understanding and experience with technical recruitment (front-end, back-end, full stack software developers).
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast-growing start-up environment is a plus.
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
