We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Community Acquisition Specialist to scale Beatgrid’s mobile panel across multiple countries. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel acquisition strategies — combining paid media, affiliate networks, ASO, and partnership growth initiatives — to drive high-quality panelist acquisition and retention.
About you
You’re a growth-focused leader who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, partnerships, and strategy. You know how to run and optimize campaigns yourself when needed, but also how to scale results by leveraging affiliate networks, third-party panels, and loyalty program partnerships.
You’re equally comfortable talking CPCs and CPMs as you are negotiating partnership deals, and you have the analytical mindset and commercial instinct to balance both worlds and understand how to analyze and optimize for CAC and LTV.
Responsibilities
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (App, Display, YouTube) campaigns for our B2C brands ‘Media Rewards’ and ‘Jagger’, targeting new panelists.
- Execute and improve App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to increase app visibility and conversion.
- Apply App Event Optimization (AEO) and chatbot-driven conversion tactics to improve cost efficiency and engagement.
- Manage affiliate networks, panel partnerships, and loyalty program collaborations to diversify acquisition sources.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, retention, ROI) and continuously iterate to improve results.
- Work cross-functionally with product and data teams to optimize user funnels and onboarding flows.
- Proactively test new acquisition channels, creatives, and incentive strategies across markets.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience (mobile apps, performance marketing, or growth).
- Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Proven experience in ASO and AEO strategies for app-based user growth.
- Understanding of affiliate networks, referral systems, and partnership-driven acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English and speaks Dutch; additional languages are an advantage.
